Troubleshooting

Dialing operates on weekdays from 08:00 to 21:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 17:00.

The operating history only deals with emergency operating problems, such as interference with Dialing availability. Other questions, such as support questions, refer to the regular support channels and opening hours as described above.

Before contacting the Operations Support, please review the following two points:

1. Check if you can access web services other than Dialing, for example, other websites that you usually visit. If you cannot access other web services, you either have:

  • a local issue with your computer,
  • problems with your computer's connection to the local area network,
  • problems with your local network or your internet connection is down.

2. If you can access other web services but not Dialing, try logging in to Dialing via another computer. If you manage to log in from another computer, you either have:

  • a local issue with your computer,
  • a problem with your computer's local network connection.

After reviewing the above two points and finding no explanation for the error, you are welcome to call Dialing's Operation Support.
